People who appear to have registered more than once — linked by same name + organisation or by same email address (which also catches group delegates who haven't filled in their details yet). Nothing is marked automatically. The latest registration is suggested as the one to keep; mark the older ones as duplicates and they drop out of the review queue and approval counts. This is reversible.
